Assignment 1 taught me valuable insights through a comparative analysis of the sustainability frameworks of some cities. It introduced concepts like "red, blue, green, and grey infrastructure" and highlighted how cities adopt unique strategies based on environmental, social, and economic contexts. Using these frameworks taught me how to measure and compare urban sustainability. Early challenges, such as synthesizing diverse information into cohesive infographics, were addressed through weekly tutorials and feedback sessions. The assignment also emphasized evidence-based recommendations tailored to each city's context, offering practical solutions. Additionally, the teamwork aspect fostered productive discussions and knowledge sharing.

Assignment 2 focused on a site-specific project in Tasik Cyberjaya, building on the previous semester's efforts to promote community involvement and biodiversity awareness. This semester required conducting a survey to assess the acceptance and effectiveness of proposed VR/AR solutions. A site visit provided valuable insights into the area's ecological and social dynamics, reinforcing the importance of firsthand observation. The survey emphasized the role of community feedback and the integration of technology in sustainable innovations. Additionally, the project improved my communication skills through interactions with survey participants and the creation of presentation slides for the final output.
